Welcome to Nicola Stronach's online gallery

Stronach Gallery, run by Nicola Stronach and Jean-Pierre Maire, has an eclectic collection of contemporary art for sale online and in Ballycroy National Park Visitor Centre, Ballycroy, County Mayo.

The gallery is located upstairs in Ginger & Wild Cafe.

Open every day 10.00 am - 5.00 pm, Easter through end of October.

This is an enchanting 40 min drive north of Westport, a 15 min drive north of Mulranny, a 25 min drive from Achill Island and a 15 min drive south of Bangor (Erris).

Our collection has evolved following visits to numerous countries, tracking down artists, meeting them in their studios, learning about their particular painting techniques and gradually developing not only friendships but an understanding of their work.

Click here for List of Current Artists.

We represent prominent artists from the ex-Soviet Union, including Alina Maksimenko, Edward Belsky, Sergiy Hai, Matvey Vaisberg, Irakli Sutidze and Lev Markosyan, whose art works are also to be found in the national galleries of their respective countries.

Closer to home, we are privileged to work with talented Irish artists, Declan O'Connor, Rosemary Carr, Padraic Reaney, Jemima Maxwell, Dominic Lloyd and Rosie McGurran who are all living and working locally in the west of Ireland.

Please note that we don't have all the artwork shown here on display in Ginger & Wild Cafe. If you are planning a visit and would like to see a particular piece featured on our website, please either phone or email us the day before and we will be sure to have it here for you to view.
