Rosemary Carr ROI
Rosemary Carr was born in the UK and studied at the Birmingham School of Art. She was elected a member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters in 1989 and exhibits in the ROI Annual Exhibition in the Mall Gallery, London.
Rosemary now lives and works in Connemara and has had frequent solo shows at the Kenny Gallery in Galway.
She is well known for her vibrant landscape paintings of Connemara, which capture the light and ever changing mood of the sea, lakes, mountains and skies.
